100% PURE PREMIUM MCT OIL WITH LAURIC ACID
For proper development and maintenance, the human brain requires healthy fats. Adding supplemental MCTs into the diet can help satisfy that need when your normal diet does not provide sufficient healthy fats. For high intensity athletes and those following a higher-fat, lower carbohydrate diet, MCTs can serve as a vital source of energy to fuel yourself through even the most intense workouts. Medium Chain Fatty Acids also provide more energy than carbohydrates.
100% COCONUT SOURCED - GOOD FOR HUMANS, BETTER FOR ORANGUTANS
Our 100% coconut oil based MCT oil is not only packed with the healthy fats that started the MCT oil craze, it also contains high levels of lauric acid, a nutrient compound abundant in coconuts. But our MCT oil isn’t just good for humans, it’s good for Orangutans! Palm Oil, the leading constituent in most MCT oil, is typically harvested from native palm forests, contributing to the destruction of some of the last remaining habitats for Orangutans. So enjoy our best in class MCT oil and send a Karmic high five to the great red ape.
WHAT IS MCT OIL?
MCTs or Medium-chain triglycerides are medium chain fatty acids which are extracted from coconut oil. MCTs are efficiently utilized by the body for quick energy production, are rapidly metabolized and are not stored as fat in the body. MCTs can also have a thermogenic effect in the body.
100% Non-GMO Liquid Coconut Oil Derived, No Palm Oil
