Shipping costs

The shipping costs are € 5,95 per order, per bestelling, regardless of the quantity or the size of the order. Packages are delivered with DPD and need a signature receipt.

Orders outside the Netherlands are standardly shipped with UPS. For Belgium and Germany the delivery fee is € 8.00. For all other countries you can contact us via [email protected] or calculate shipping cost upon checkout 


How about delivery time?

Normally, DPD delivers your shipment within 24 hours after it has been picked up from us.

DPD delivers 6 days a week. If you are not at home, the postman will offer the package again a day later.

Please note the following:
- DPD delivers at other times than the regular mail.
- We have no influence on the time of delivery.


Invoices are only sent digitally by e-mail. If the customer does not have an e-mail address, an invoice is always added to the order. On request, invoices can always be resend digitally.

Paypal / Credit card not displayed at checkout

In some cases PayPal and Credit Card may not be available for selection during checkout. Due to regulations there are some products that are not allowed to be sold via PayPal and Credit Card, these include Alpha Brain & New Mood. As long as one of these products is in the shopping cart, these payment options will not be visible. If you wish to order these products and are unable to pay using any of the other payment options, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Our team will then help you find a solution to complete your order.

Our aim is to make sure you are satisfied with everything you buy from NootroFit. If an article unexpectedly does not meet your expectations, something has gone wrong with the delivery or do you have a complaint? Then please contact us immediately. NootroFit Money Back Guarantee

We believe in our products and want all our customers to be satisfied, whether they liked our products or not. That is why NootroFit has a 'money back' guarantee on the brands NootroFit, Onnit, Bulletproof and Natural Stacks.

To prevent fraud we ask you to return the product. Food items, clothing and training accessories must be returned to qualify for the cash refund.
Fitness equipment, personal care products, knowledge products and DVDs are not eligible for the return policy. If you want to request a refund or want more information, please contact us on [email protected].

To prevent abuse of this service-oriented attitude, we have set up the following guidelines. You will receive your money back if you meet the following conditions and rules and if we have cleared and approved the request.

Cash refund for capsules and tablet supplements
You can request a refund within 42 days after your first purchase of a NootroFit, Onnit, Bulletproof or Natural Stacks formula if you are not satisfied with the product.

We will only ask you to answer a few short questions about why you are not satisfied with the product. So we can serve our customers better. We then return your money as soon as possible.

If you have paid your purchases with a credit card then it can take up to a week before the money is back on your account (unfortunately we can not accelerate this).

In the event that you have purchased a package containing 90 capsules or a triple pack, you will get the full purchase price back when we receive 60 more or capsules. If we receive less than 60 capsules, the amount to be returned will be adjusted pro rata.

Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Please note that it may take up to a week before we process your refund request.

Cash refund for powdered food and supplements
If you are not satisfied with our powder supplements like NootroFit Grassfed Whey, Onnit Powerfoods or Onnit EGN, you can qualify for a cash refund. In some cases you can get a portion of your money back. We do not return any money for empty boxes. Onnit Total Strength + needs a longer time before it starts working. The product may be used for 10 days, followed by a rest period of fifteen days. Therefore, give the product 30 days to see if you gain any results. If you do not see any results after 30 days, you can contact us for cash refund.

No refunds for foodproducts
Products from other brands, such as Bulletproof, Chocofree Metabolate, Tanka products and all Onnit Foods are not eligible for cash refund (with the exception of Powerfood and EGN, which can be returned).

No refunds for Fitness, equipment and knowledge products
Fitness equipment, accessories, DVDs, knowledge products (literature) and downloads are not eligible for cash refund.


* To qualify for a full refund of the purchase price of Total Human - 15 days, 15 day and night packs must be returned. Therefore, if you have ordered a 30-day supply, you must return the total of 30 packs and an opened box.
** We ask you not to ask for your money back if you have had the product for less than two weeks. We offer a extensive money back guarantee because we believe in our products and therefore we hope that customers give our products a realistic opportunity **

How can I exchange or return an item?
It is of course possible to exchange or return products, however you must let us know in advance by e-mail.
- Return shipments in envelopes are not accepted as this may damage the packaging and / or strips.
- Return shipments must always be sent in a box with an accompanying letter so that we can help you as quickly as humanly possible.
- Returned items must be returned with full postage paid, unless the error is caused by NootroFit.
